Seven Dreamers makes the best golf shafts in the world it’s a fact. No other company has the capability, technology, or standards to compete. Seven Dreamers has three fitting labs in Japan with their flagship headquarters in Shiba-Koen Tokyo, then the smaller Ginza location, and now the newest Umeda lab in Osaka. Each of these labs feature a $60,000 multi-camera fitting system attached to the ceiling that works separately from the trackman to monitor seven areas on the shaft throughout the entire swing this is what allows seven dreamers to learn where energy is lost in your swing and where they can adjust the shafts design to reduce this energy loss.
There are two basic shaft choices both use the same materials, manufacturing and utilize the same engineer and designer the difference is the in-person fitting vs a question form. The Haute Couture shaft includes the in-person fitting while the Matrix shaft is by fitting question form. TourSpecGolf can schedule an in-person fitting for you at any of these centers in English or Chinese but what most of our clients do is go for the question form version. When you attend an in-person fitting it’s at a $500 premium making the Haute Couture shaft cost nearly $1800 USD while the Matrix is $1200 USD. Follow the Jump for more information and a tour of the Umeda Lab…
All Seven Dreamers fitting labs are beautiful they spare no expense at giving you a first class experience from start to finish, often there are small details in carbon laid out through the store from a giant real carbon table to a flight of stairs produced in carbon.
By the end of 2016, Seven Dreamers will have custom made shafts for all 14 of your clubs from Driver to Putter, the circle is complete and let me tell you straight out that this is not just another expensive product, it’s backed by science and an unwavering dedication to producing the best no matter the cost.
Seven Dreamers designs the shaft specifically for the club head and final build specs along with the golfers data no other shaft company will go to these depths in order to produce the best shaft for the player, how can other shaft companies say they are maniacally committed to your performance without taking the head and final specs into the shafts design consideration? Oh right, because they wouldn’t make as much money or sell as many shafts if they did this…
Some people may scoff or laugh off the idea of a shaft that costs this much money, but the truth is many of these same people have cluelessly purchased more than the amount of a Seven Dreamers buying and trying shafts, gimmicks, hype with little understanding of how and why a shaft would help them. Many of our hardcore clients save money going the Seven Dreamers route not only because they don’t have to buy and try new shafts all year but also because their 7D is mated to their head they have less of a need to change heads because the combination works.
Seven Dreamers is so sure of their process, materials, technology and massive data bank used for fitting that they offer all Matrix users a one-time redesign/remake if they are not satisfied with their shaft within 3 months of play (must return original shaft) and on the Haute Couture model it’s unlimited revisions over 3 the month period! Now compare that to other shaft brands that make money off you buying, trying, and selling shafts how good are you if you only buy only one and stop? The Seven Dreamers customers trend is to try the driver shaft first become blown away by the distance gain and straightness they provide then they move to Fairway & Hybrid wood shafts and soon very soon iron and putter shafts.
Here is how the process works with TourSpecGolf customers worldwide:
Step 1 – Customer contacts [email protected] to inquire about ordering a Seven Dreamers Shaft
Step 2 – We can help you design a shaft for a head you already own or suggest a new head, we also suggest final build specs as well.
Step 3 – After payment, we provide you a 16 question Seven Dreamers Custom Fitting Form and ask you for line item requests or concerns to further improve the information we send to their designer/engineer.
Step 4 – 1 week later we provide you a custom design form that shows the materials used, EI curve and more data than any other shaft company will ever provide you, at this point you review your design and approve, ask questions, or adjust with new concerns.
Step 5 – After your approval of the design, it takes 3-4 weeks to produce and ship shaft only or assembled for you.
This brings me to another point, why are shaft companies making rules now days “shafts only sold installed” or “no shaft only sales” it’s idiotic and a gimmicky way to make them sound more premium instead of doing what the enthusiast truly wants. (yes even many of TSG’s brand partners do this) When it’s not rocket science to install a shaft that requires no tipping to spec yet they want to make as it is. If they really stand behind their products, they would build you custom shafts designed for the particular head and build specs then offer you a design for approval and a solution if you are not happy with it… like Seven Dreamers does!
Best part is our customers are so happy with 7D’s shafts we have a less than 5% remake rate. Anyway I can go on and on about how Seven Dreamers is special and different with actual facts and details to back it up, let’s do that but if you want to learn more click this link for another read.
