So what’s new in this Honma Beres 2020 Series?
Driver
The New Honma Beres 2020 Driver comes with wider channels on the sole than its predecessor. The wider channels help maximize initial speed as well as launch angle and optimize backspin. All this adds up to a driver with added forgiveness compared to the Beres S-06 Driver.
Fairway Wood
With Honma Beres 2020 Fairway Wood, The energy at impact is received by the channel of the sole. Face and sole are now thinner, effectively allowing the entire face and body to flex, when the flexed face and body return to its original form, it adds speed to the ball and further increases distance.
Utility
The New Honma Beres 2020 Utility comes with the same technologies utilized in the Fairway Wood and Driver. This UT also comes with wider channels on the sole combined with a shallow back shape, a shallow face and a thinner crown which makes it extremely forgiving, while helping to promote a higher but penetrating ball flight.
Iron
Honma Beres 2020 iron offer a more forgiving head shape taking queue from utility clubs. A premium design is featured on the back of the Beres 2020 irons, increasing golfers’ satisfaction of owning these exquisite clubs. Compared to previous series, IS-06, the Beres 2020 irons have a significant increase in its head volume. The L-Cup face structure has increased in volume by 20% compared to the previous models which in effect creates a larger sweet spot on the face. Beres 2020 iron also has a larger back face opening which again helps increase the sweet spot and adds forgiveness.
