Mizuno’s New High End Players Driver
Mizuno Japan introduces its all new MP Craft S1 for summer 2009! The new MP Craft is based on the 2009 T1 and R1 with changes in overall shape, size, CG placement and face design. The S1 is a more compact 425cc high back design with a focus on solid feel and combining distance and workability.
The MP Craft S1 neutral face angle allows for fade or draw balls and the CG placement is right between the R1 and T1 for a mid trajectory ball. The face height is mid height which is also right between the R1 and T1 and features a variable thickness design focused on creating the highest ball speeds of the all MP Crafts. This is Mizuno’s best all around MP Craft combining feel, distance, accuracy and forgiveness all in a traditional compact head.
Pear Shaped 425cc – Ultra Soft Feel
This traditional shaped driver is built on order with all the best shafts direct from Mizuno Japan. Lie ange is also an option for those whp prefer a flatter lie. The standard lie is 58* but can also be adjusted 1.5* either way.
This Driver was just released and is now available at the TSG ProShop!
If your having trouble figuring out the difference betwen the 3 drivers in the MP Craft Series take a look at the explanation below. They pretty much have the same amount of pieces and parts used to build the head yet some parts use different materials, the Mizuno MP Craft S1 has the deepest face of all 3 and is the smallest from front to back. It is also 425cc’s with a more pear shape apperance and geared toward the athlete or advanced level player.
How come this one is not on the Mizuno website?
