The popular golf equipment Guru Mr. Frank Thomas ran a poll with 2,000 total participants recently in the search of the most popular driver in the U.S for 2009. The poll was done on his website franklygolf.com in October-November. 89% of the respondents were 21-30 years old.
Of the 2000 people taking part in the poll The handicaps % were:
0-5: 11%
6-10: 26%
11-15: 29%
16-20: 21%
21-25: 8%
25 or more: 4%

I see something weird in the data: TaylorMade is the #1 brand overall but when I see the data by handicap, this brand is not present within the first 3 in any range; meanwhile Nike is the 3rd in to ranges (0-10hcp/11-20hcp : 88% of people in the poll) but is the 7th overall. Makes sense?
