The new MT-28 V5 Wedge represents a long legacy of winning wedges. Its predecessor, the MT-28 V4 is known on several professional Tours as the “go to club.” Its exceptional performance has positioned FOURTEEN GOLF as the foremost authority in wedge design. The new MT-28 V5 utilizes the signature FOURTEEN “reverse taper design” with the exception of an additional groove which provides a higher CG. Now golfers can execute phenomenal shots from even the toughest of lies. The new trapezoidal shaped groove conforms to the new USGA groove regulation and still provides the ultimate in control, spin, distance, and the perfect trajectory for every shot.
The head is made of a Nickel Chrome Moliben alloy which conforms to the new 2010 USGA groove regulation. The standard shaft options are the dynamic gold steel wedge shaft ( 132g ) and the N.S Pro 950GH Steel ( 98g ). Available in 48/06, 50/08, 52/08, 54/10, 56/08, 56/12, 58/08, 58/12, nd 60/08 Lofts.
